STAT was called out to confirm is plumber was correct that no dry out is needed. We find high moisture content on the toe kick and drywall of the island. We can see mold growth within the cavity exposed by plumber. During our removals we uncovered a great deal of growth. We were able to save the granite counter top and have the cabinets rebuilt underneath.

No visible moisture at ceiling. Using a thermal imaging camera STAT can quickly see the moisture trapped in the ceiling. Technician also found that the carpet while dry to the touch has high moisture content.
